Thanks Olivia... glad you're enjoying the fatty delights...

Thanks for letting me know about strangeness with pagination too... Curious! I'll get to the bottom of it I'm sure.

Hey, for some reason when you click on page 2 from your homepage it redirects to http://www.cookeatblog.com/25/ - roast chicken stuffed with dates and nuts.

In other news your site is great and I use it all the time and recommend it to everyone. I appreciate your love of spices and fatty cuts.

Cheap enough in the San Jose area at ethnic groceries. I got a nice goat shank for $3.49/lb at a Mexican grocery store (Apatzingan at 13th & Oakland in SJ) and saw goat at 99 Ranch Market for about the same price. Lamb seems to be about twice that much, at least $6.99/lb.

Lovely. Shame I missed you at Christmas & NY!! You could have fed me this!

One of the family faves! I rarely share mine though. Sharing food doesn't seem right to me.

Stop with the mistake spotting. You're making me look very unprofessional.

Indeed you do need an onion - a small one or 2-3 of those French shallots (they're tastier).

Hey dude,

Indeed just what I needed for a hangover but are you not missing onions in the ingredients list? Or do you blend up spring onions. I don' do well with free thinking when it comes to food.

welcome home!
