There are few things as satisfying as a cold mango lassie. Especially when teamed with a spicy Indian curry. As expected the coolness of the lassie will settle the mouth and stomach from the heat of the spices. It’s really very easy to make.
4 cups natural yogurt
1 fresh mango (peeled, de stoned and cubed)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 lime (juice of)
3 handfuls ice cubes
Put all the ingredients into a glass blender and blend until very smooth.
